Craft Beer
Peacetree Red Rambler (Knoxville, IA) $8.50
Since the brewery is located in what was once a Nash Rambler car dealership, it seemed appropriate to honor this history with a beer. The Red Rambler Ale is also one of the most popular in our taproom with its deep red color and malty flavor. The malt character is balanced with three varieties of hops. It is a versatile beer that can be enjoyed alone or pairs well with a broad spectrum of foods, especially flavorful meat, fish and cheese.
Confluence Chewbocka (Des Moines, IA) $8.50
In the 18th century, during their long Lenten fast when they could drink but not eat, monks brewed rich, bready bock beers for sustenance. Always fans of trying our hand at brewing tradition, it was inevitable that we'd eventually try to brew our own meal in a can. Our bock came out big, burly, and chewy, hence the name, ChewBOCKa. This beast of a beer is made with a Munich malt base and German hops for a rich and full-bodied yet balanced and malty sweetness. A long, cool lagering period mellows this deep mahogany beer and brings flavors of toasted brown bread, sweet caramel, and even hints of chocolate. Whether you’re fasting or not, our ChewBOCKa is sure to satisfy.
Exile Blackberry Lemon Bohemian (Des Moines, IA) $9.00
Blackberry Lemon Bohemian is brewed with blackberries and lemon and brings aroma and flavor of tart berries. A refreshing sour ale that takes us into those warmer months.
Big Grove Neighborhood Beer (Iowa City, IA) $8.50
An easy-drinking premium light lager that both celebrates and benefits the neighborhoods we are a part of across the Midwest. Every case sold of Neighborhood Beer provides a $1 back to our Big Grove for Good Program, which is reinvested back into local causes through our Neighborhood Beer “Micro-Grant Program”.
Millstream Farmer’s Tan (Amana, IA) $9.00
It's time to get out there and work on those peak Farmer's Tans and this light Blood Orange Wheat ale pairs perfectly. Subtle citrus notes are reminiscent of warmer days while the smooth body keeps you relaxed and ready for a summer sunset!
Deschutes Fresh Squeezerd (Bend, OR) $8.75
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don't worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.
